How are shipping costs determined?
Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address.
In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. DICK'S Team Sports HQ does not currently offer different shipping methods (eg. 2nd day air). When Will My Order Ship and When Will I be charged?
Each product from DICK'S Team Sports HQ has an estimated processing time. Processing times vary based on type of item being shipped. Your full delivery timeframe includes both processing time and the time your item is in transit.
For league required items, shipments will typically not occur until after registration is closed. The estimated shipping after registration close is 3-4 weeks. Fan Gear and non-uniform items will typically ship together within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Shipping charges will be incurred by the customer per shipment (not per order). Debit and credit cards will be charged at time of order placement.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States
Your Order Shipped in Multiple Packages
Depending on order type, multiple shipments for an order may be required. Customers will receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking for each individual shipment.
Your Tracking Number is Not Working
It may take one to two business days for the tracking number that you receive to be active in the carriers' system.
If two business days have passed after receiving your tracking number, and you are still unable to track your order, please contact us. Our Customer Service team will assist in the tracking numbers of your package.
Never Received Your Order
We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery date you were provided. Most orders contain tracking information that can be used to confirm delivery status. Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different locations at your home. If tracking information is available:
Track your order by using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is past the estimated delivery date or the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered but you cannot locate, please contact DICK'S Team Sports HQ Customer Service for assistance at support@DicksTSHQ.com.
